By creating a clay mask using water, oils such as Argan oil and cleansing your face or body with the mask by rubbing gently into your skin, you help to purifying and deeply cleanse your skin by exfoliating.
- Tightens Large Pores - Moroccan clay powder has natural astringent properties and because of this, ghassoul clay tightens skin and shrinks large pores. You can create a skin tightening mask by mixing 1 tbsp of ghassoul clay with 2 drops tea tree oil and enough water to form a paste. Apply onto skin and leave to dry before rinsing off with water.
- Softens Skin - Ghassoul clay helps to soften rough skin, such as in your knees and elbows. It also helps with cracked heels and bumpy skin. Mix Moroccan clay powder in with water or oil, such as olive oil, coconut oil or Argan oil and form a paste. Mix 2 tsp of ghassoul clay with enough coconut milk to make a paste. Apply onto skin where the irritation is, and leave to dry before gently washing off with warm water.
